Location, location, location! Nice breakfasts! Excellent value! Perfect for me - I don't spend time in a hotel room, I get out and around, I'm not interested in living with other American tourists. Nice staff. Location!!! Value!!!

Not a problem for me, but don't count on CNN, or any English language TV. Next time I'll bring my laptop - but you can only get internet access in the lobby.

We were 3 people and were very pleased to have the extra room with a bed in room 133 withbthe added toilet. Very convenient. It was very quiet, even having a window on the street.

The room we had was spotless and modern with twins beds, three windows plus a wrap-around balcony. Great service offered in this hotel. Furthermore, we left the car in the public parking.

Decent service overall and parking nearby. Units with a queen sized bed. A wide array of sensational breakfast options. Very amiable and competent staff, free wake up service and ironing.

The toilet was far too small - you could hardly turn round. All very impersonal as well.

Our family room was surprisingly roomy, and the hotel itself is in a great location, but the best thing was Arson, the hotel reception/manager who was very helpful and friendly.

The amenities were frankly a disaster!!! Broken TV, non-functioning safe, and zero cooling options. Plus, the lack of soundproofing means you hear every detail from your neighbors!!!

Our twin room was complete with a wrap-around balcony, the bathroom. All the staffs were wonderfully friendly. Eglise Saint Julien le Pauvre was walking distance from the hotel, appreciated its location near the public transport.

Friendly and helpful english speaking staff; excellent location near to historic sights, plenty of restaurants and shops of all sorts; easy reach by RER from both airports (Orly, CDG);close to underground, RER and bus stops.

Maintainance of rooms should be improved.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the room mirrored the pictures perfectly, and the excellent location allowed for easy walking to major attractions like the Notre Dame.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Good location near metro and Pantheon, peaceful room, helpful staff, good value for money. Plenty of ok restaurants near. We found a very good restaurant Bam bar a manger in Chatelet. Menu 32e very good food! Don't miss!

The location is excellent, very close to major attractions. The room was clean and modern, although the bathroom size may surprise some travelers. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing, with undercooked eggs and dry pastries. I recommend it for short stays or families looking for a central spot.

I have staid three night in Home Latin hotel, the good thing about the hotel is good, it was near to the night life, and not far away from visited places in paris.

some of the stuff in the hotel were behaving really strange, i have asked them where to go during the day and night, they were laughing and said we don't know.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the people very nice.

The WiFi connection was very bad in the room. It can only be accessed in the first floor since there is only one wifi router located in the front desk. My suggestion is to add one or two more wifi routers in higher floors.
